Spend Memorial Day Weekend with other scout families at Spring Family Camp, hosted by the Mt. Diablo Silverado Council. Check the MDSC Family Camp Website for details, and to register.

They cook for you; there are showers and bathrooms... what a fun way to ease into camping! Activities include hiking, BB marksmanship, archery, hiking. There's a central campfire activity.

You set up your family tent and maybe make desserts... and have fun!

It is time to recognize the Scouts' achievements and advance them to next year's rank!


Scouts: wear your class A uniform.

Parents: If your boy is a Tiger, Wolf, or Bear, bring NEXT YEAR's neckerchief, slide, and hat for your Scout. He will wear next year's gear at the end of the ceremony. For graduating Webelos Scouts, next year's gear are the same as this year's.


Webeloree: October 3-4 or 24-25, 2015, Camp Herms

Webeloree is a fun overnight outing for Webelos and their parents to enjoy.  While working with Boy Scout patrols, Webelos may earn new Webelos Adventure Pins (which will overlap requirements of the old activity pins).  This event is open to all 4thand 5th graders.  All Webelos and their parent attending will receive a custom Webeloree patch, dinner, breakfast, and entertainment all at beautiful Camp Herms.  (Adventure and activity pins can be purchased on site.)

Cost: $40 (Webelos), $24 (Parent)

Scout Graduation Campfire: Friday, June 5, 2015 7:00PM

The Graduation Campfire will be held on Friday, June 5, 7pm at Central Park Amphiteater,  near 12501 Alcosta Boulevard.  In the event of rain, we'll send out a notification of an alternate location.

There will be skits to be performed and songs to be sung, celebrating our scouts moving up to their next level in Cub Scouts and Webelos.  It should be a fun evening for all!


  • chairs/blankets to sit on
  • neckerchief, tie slide, and hat for your scouts next level (Tigers become Wolves, Wolves become Bears, Bears become Webelos I)
  • small stick if your scout is new to the pack this year or last year, for our ash ceremony
  • your scout(s), in Class A uniform

Cub Scout Day Camp- Knights of the Round Table- Monday June 22 – Friday June 26

Here Ye Here Ye, the King bids thee well and proclaims a festival of knights. The kingdom of Camp-A-Lot and the knights of the round table seek the bravest, craftiest, and scoutiest squires of the land. Proclaim yourself as participating in the quest for the legendary Goblet of Adventure and become a knight! The festival will start each day with the grand gathering. Squires will head out to join the blacksmith and learn the secrets of engineering. March forward to learn the skill and artistry from masters of crafts. Take a dip into the lake of youth to cool off, test your skills in the field of archery, or try Merlin’s amazing Bop-Bop sticks (BB). The festival will end with a day of Knightly Games; test your skills and strengths and the king will declare you a knight!

To get your scout to camp, you must complete these quests:

    1. Register Online ASAP at and inform the pack coordinator that you have registered


    1. Complete and turn in required forms( get formas at to the pack coordinator by May 25


  1. Sign up as an adult helper- we need to have at least one adult per five scouts each day

About Day Camp
Cub Scout Day Camp is an exciting summer adventure where a Scout can spend five days in an outdoor setting and enjoy a wide range of activities with a group of his friends. Day Camp provides a boy fun, challenges and new experiences with activities based on the Cub Scout and WEBELOS Scout advancement plan. The foundation of the Cub Scout Day Camp Program is built upon the purposes of the Boy Scouts of America. While a boy is enjoying the fun, adventure and excitement of camp, the Day camp experience is helping to develop his character and provide citizenship training and opportunities for personal fitness.

With its rolling, grassy hills and secluded, shady canyons, Briones is a
secret wilderness surrounded by home to many animals and birds, which forage
on the grasslands or find shelter among the oaks and bays. You may see
black-tailed deer, coyotes, squirrels, red-tailed hawks, turkey vultures
and, if you are lucky, other more reclusive creatures. There are gorgeous
wildflower displays in season.
